We require this information to allow us to contact you in the event that a production company wishes to use your premises/land/buildings/property as a film location.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
Controlling your personal information
In accordance with the provisons of the Data Protection Act 2018;
- You may request details of personal information which a member/members of the Locations Guild holds about you.
- If you believe that any information being held by a member/members of the Locations Guild is incorrect or incomplete, you may request that the information is amended/corrected.
- If you wish for the information held by a member/members to be deleted you may make a request to that effect
When making a request under any of the above headings, please provide the name of the Location Scout/s you were dealing with, their telephone number, and the date when the data was collected. This information will help to speed up the process.
Requests made under the above headings will be dealt with as quickly as possible, and you will be notified once the request has been completed.
